## Job description

### Job Title

Order Management Coordinator Location: Bogotá, Colombia Education Recommendations: Bachelor's degree in Supply, Logistics, Business Management or related. As an Order Management Coordinator at Nokia, you'll collect and prepare necessary information and coordinate the end-to-end order process, effectively solving constraints and escalating issues as needed. This pivotal role supports Nokia's mission by ensuring seamless operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and our overall business success.

## Responsibilities

Coordinate customer order intake to ensure seamless order processing. Manage the ordering of hardware, software, and services efficiently. Create and oversee transactions including purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices for timely execution. Capture demand, purchase, and goods receipt while verifying invoices to support procurement processes. Plan transportation logistics and verify freight costs for optimal distribution execution.

Ensure accurate customer invoicing and resolution of discrepancies. Drive continuous improvement in order management processes, contributing to overall business success.

## Qualifications

### You're a Great Fit If You Have

Upper Intermediate English. 0-2 years of related experience. Proficiency in SAP ERP. Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash process. Experience in logistics process & management.

### It'd Be Nice If You Also Had

Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
