## Job description

募集背景/Reason for hiring 自動車の電動化とカーボンニュートラルの実現のため、モーター/インバーター/バッテリーや車体構造部品への採用拡大が進んでいます。幅広い鋳造部品に対して、最適な構造や製造工程・工法の提案を推進します。 魅力的な商品のために、これまでの概念にとらわれず、新構造・新材料・新工法にチャレンジし、具体的な提案までを実行できる人財を募集します。 職務内容/Main Tasks ①アルミ車体鋳物部品または鋳鉄部品サイマル業務 ②パワートレイン部品生産技術（新部品立ち上げ、品質、出来高、コスト改善） ③工法技術開発 従来使用している部品から新規の部品の企画～量産までをご担当頂きます。 新規の生産技術開発にも携わっていただきます。 アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position ① 仕事の魅力 ・鋳造領域拡大への挑戦 ・業界トップレベルの技術を駆使した新たな技術開発、生産技術確立への挑戦 ・グローバル拠点へ活躍の場を広げる事が出来る ② 職場の魅力 ・ベテランから若手まで、活き活きと元気な職場。

・助け合う風習があり、切磋琢磨している 登録資格( 経験/資格など)/Skills and Experience Required ＜MUST＞ ・生産技術経験3年以上（HPDCまたはLPDCまたは鋳鉄） ・TOEIC：600点以上 ＜WANT＞ ・HPDCまたはLPDCまたは鋳鉄の工法・材料の知識を保有している ・自動車用アルミ部品または鋳鉄部品の知識を有している ・実務でメール・口頭でのコミュニケーションを実行できるレベルの英語力 自動車業界経験：/Experience of the car industry あれば尚可/preferred 求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image (Personality) 【生産SCM部門共通】 生産SCM部門では全ての職種に共通して以下の力を持つ方をありたい人財モデルとして定義しています。 ・判断力：今起きていることだけではなく、様々なものに興味関心を持ち、未来を見据えて必要なものを決められる力。
