The role also partners with both company-appointed and local vendors to ensure effective and efficient operational delivery. ### WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR This role is part of the Global Process Delivery team, supporting high-volume HR operations within a multinational organization. The position is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance across global HR processes, while applying strong critical-thinking skills to navigate complex and ambiguous situations. This position requires the ability to manage a substantial workload in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting employees globally. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management. Experience with Workday, specifically within the Core HR area, and ServiceNow is preferred. Experience in HR Total Rewards is preferred. Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to balance competing priorities and multitask across multiple platforms and systems. High fluency in English to effectively support stakeholders across different geographies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON In this role, you will manage and prioritize requests from employees, managers, and HR partners through ServiceNow while delivering Total Rewards operations, including leave administration and compensation audits. You will also support system updates, mass data uploads, benefits administration, and drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and service delivery. ### Key Responsibilities Administer leave of absence requests in Workday and various time management systems. Administer employee benefits, including health, insurance, retirement, meal, and wellness programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits. Support quarterly, bi-annual, and annual compensation cycles. Manage vendor relationships and oversee benefits providers and payroll interfaces. Conduct regular Total Rewards audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
