## Job description

### 主要职责
- 协助管理店铺，实现销售目标；
- 保持店内整洁美观、协助备货、协助清洁工作；

### 履行其他店铺运营职责，如
- 货品和库存管理、陈列等；
- 工作中确保流程的执行，贯彻公司零售标准、宗旨和目标；
- 主动提供优质顾客服务并协助预防货物损失工作。

### 岗位要求
- 擅长沟通并乐于服务他人，
- 充满活力和运动热情，
- 享受学习并追求不断成长,
- 拥有高中或中专以上学历,
- 能适应快节奏的工作环境，工作效率高
