Shape the Experience. We’re opening a brand-new NIKE store in Istanbul Florentia Village, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead it from day one! You’ll be part of the leadership team bringing the NIKE spirit to life in a new location, helping to build the team, shape the culture, drive store performance, and create an inspiring consumer experience from the ground up. As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service and creates unforgettable moments for every consumer who walks through our doors.
