## Job description

### Role Overview

As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you will help shape how consumers experience Converse at retail. By bringing seasonal stories, product priorities, and brand expressions to life in-store, you will contribute to creating engaging consumer journeys and consistently elevated retail experiences across Greater China.

### Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and retail marketing programs. Ensure strong in-store presentation and consistent brand experience across retail doors. Coordinate the deployment of marketing materials, tools, and communications to stores. Partner with Retail, Commercial, and Operations teams to drive effective execution and resolve retail-related issues. Monitor store execution and provide insights to improve future programs and consumer experiences.

Support new store openings, renovations, and special retail initiatives. Key Performance Indicators Timely execution of seasonal retail marketing campaigns. Consistent delivery of brand experience and store presentation standards. Effective implementation of in-store communication and consumer engagement programs. Contribution to seasonal business objectives.

### Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, or a related field. Experience supporting retail campaigns, store activations, or brand initiatives. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Passion for sport, fashion, culture, and consumer experience.
