## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责合规审查及合规咨询、合规风险监测；
- 开展合规体系建设、合规文化建设；
- 负责定期、不定期合规报告；
- 内幕交易防控日常工作；
- 反洗钱建设与管理。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，法律、法学、金融学、经济学等相关专业；
- 中共党员/中共预备党员优先；
- 具备扎实的法律功底或金融专业基础；
- 熟练操作Word、Excel、PPT等常用办公软件，具备规范的文档排版、基础的数据统计与材料整合能力；
- 具备法律职业资格者优先。
