### Responsibilities
- 银团财富业务推动与业绩分析。
- 银团财富客户管理、产品衔接。
- 银团财富队伍发展、绩优与荣誉体系建设。
- 银团财富队伍管理、基本法实施管理。
- 银团财富队伍合规与风控管理。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历。
- 熟悉了解金融保险、管理学知识等 。
- 熟悉保险基础知识。
- 具有一定的沟通能力、协调能力和团队协作能力 。
- 具备较强的语言表达能力、思考能力、创新意识。
