## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责中支银保渠道培训管理，调研培训需求、开发课程并授课，督导、分析业务达成情况；负责渠道拓展、维护，协议管理、数据管理等 Qualifications:
- 政治素质好，拥护中国共产党的领导和社会主义制度，遵守国家法律法规，认同公司文化和各项规章制度。品行端正，恪守职业道德和行业行为准则，无不良历史记录。
- 具有大学本科及以上学历，中共党员优先。
- 身体健康，能够满足岗位工作需要；符合履职回避等政策规定。
- 工作思路清晰，工作执行力强，具有敏锐的市场洞察力和较强的市场开拓能力，对目标执着且有韧性。
