## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 销售人员品质管理体系建设与落地。制定销售行为管理规范、违规行为罚扣标准，推动品质管理与销售行为深度绑定。
- 营销渠道合规风险监测与预警。销售风险前置化识别与干预，风控指标体系搭建，品质合规专项排查的组织开展及问题整改。
- 营销渠道消费者权益保护、反洗钱、非法集资及资金案件、反欺诈等合规管理规定落地与机构督导。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，保险、法律、金融、审计等相关专业优先；
- 具有2年及以上工作经验，有保险行业合规风险管理相关岗位经验，会计事务所审计经验者优先；
- 具备较好的统计分析能力、文字表达能力、沟通协调能力。
