## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司营销团队的日常培训工作，包括新人培训、产品培训、技能培训等；
- 协助制定并实施团队发展计划，推动团队业绩目标的达成；
- 组织策划各类营销活动，提升团队凝聚力和战斗力；
- 跟踪团队成员的成长与发展，提供个性化的辅导和支持；
- 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

### Qualifications

1.本科及以上学历，中共党员优先； 2.2年以上寿险行业工作经验，有组训、培训或业务推动经验者优先。 3. 具备数据分析能力，熟悉寿险产品、业务流程及营销策略。 4. 具备较强的沟通能力、演讲技巧和团队合作精神；责任心强，抗压能力突出，能够适应高强度工作；具备良好的活动策划与组织管理能力，执行力强。
