## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责中支银行渠道、财富渠道团队的日常管理工作；
- 负责本渠道业务经营计划并督导实施；
- 负责本渠道开拓、维护与经营，业务推动与支持；
- 负责团队人员的日常指导与培训，讲师及课程管理；
- 负责本渠道队伍绩优建设、荣誉体系建设相关工作的推动落实，追踪反馈；
- 根据业务节奏制定销售支持活动企划方案制定、推动及工作支持等工作；
- 负责本渠道客户资源的综合管理及开发利用；
- 负责同业机构队伍发展规划、实施、督导等工作；
- 公司交办的其他事项工作。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，政治站位较高，理想信念坚定；具有较强的内驱力、事业心和责任担当精神，热爱寿险事业，认同公司文化，恪守职业道德、行业行为准则、监管要求和公司规章制度，有良好的行业口碑声誉。
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、经济等相关专业优先。

### 绩效条件
- 参考过往工作绩效表现，原则上应表现良好。

### 资历条件
- （1）优先考虑具有国家机关、同业及大中型企业工作经验的人员，原则上应具有与内部选拔任用干部条件相当的任职经历和资格条件。 （2）具有5年以上相关工作经验，具有机构银代渠道管理岗位经历者优先。 （3）具有较强的工作执行力和综合管理能力，有较强的合规风控意识、市场竞争意识和成本效益意识。 （4）具有正常履行职责的身体条件，符合有关任职资格以及任职回避的要求，无其他内外部规定的不得选拔任用情形。
