## Job description

### 负责新媒体工具统筹与内容支持
- 开展线上营销工具的调研、采购与系统推广，持续更新新媒体内容素材库，为代理人提供便捷、高效的线上展业支持。

### 搭建代理人线上经营数据模型
- 建立覆盖外部平台行为与内部转化成效的可视化管理体系，追踪核心指标，定期分析迭代，形成可复制、可优化的线上经营模型。

### 策划组织线上活动内容
- 围绕业务节奏与增员需求，策划并执行各类线上主题活动，通过内容创新与互动设计，提升队伍参与度与线上转化效果。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，3年以上新媒体运营、内容策划或数字化营销相关经验，有保险、金融行业背景者优先，熟悉互联网平台（如抖音、小红书、视频号）运营规则；
- 具备较强的数据分析与模型搭建能力，能够通过数据追踪、用户行为分析优化运营策略，形成可复用的线上经营模型；
- 具备优秀的活动策划与内容统筹能力，能独立策划并执行线上主题活动；
- 具备较强的学习能力与创新意识，对新媒体趋势敏感，抗压能力强，能够在快速变化的环境中推动项目落地，善于跨部门协作与资源整合。
