## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 培训体系的规划与建设；
- 培训计划及预算的制定；
- 培训系统及课程资源库的建设、管理；
- 兼职讲师的考核管理；
- 现场培训的组织实施；
- 渠道课程的研发及引进。

### Qualifications
- 原则上硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、保险、经济、教育等相关专业；
- 具备扎实的保险专业知识、出色的语言表达能力及控场能力；
- 具备良好文字撰写能力和数据分析能力、会使用视频制作软件,擅长AI制作功能者优先；
- 具有中大型国央企或同业公司培训管理3年以上工作经验者优先。
