## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 建立并完善公司信访制度和应急预案；
- 制定年度信访工作计划并编制预算；
- 负责总部信访纠纷的受理和转办；
- 组织全系统开展信访工作的隐患排查、重点事项督办和指导；
- 负责全系统信访流程与技能标准化建设；
- 建立健全全系统培训宣传机制并组织落实；
- 建立健全全系统应急演练机制并组织落实；
- 建立并维护信访管理信息化系统；
- 建立并完善考核机制，组织落实全系统绩效考核。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 金融企业信访工作相关岗位2年及以上工作经验，熟悉国家相关法律法规，法律专业履历者优先；
- 具备较好的文字表达能力、组织协调能力，具备较强的责任心和担当意识；
- 中共党员优先。
