## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责集团视角下的经营管理问责体系建设，按照监管、上级单位及公司要求，完善经营管理问责制度体系，明确调查及问责要求；
- 负责集团视角下的相关制度流程培训及实施；
- 负责集团视角下的问责调查工作，结合经营管理问责和保险业务相关规定，开展经营管理违规案件问题调查；
- 负责撰写问责调查工作报告；
- 负责向问责委员会提交经营管理违规问题问责建议；
- 负责配合处理涉及问责调查的申诉。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，法律、保险、金融专业优先；
- 具有大型企业实习经验者，具有保险行业实习经验者优先；
- 具有较强的组织协调及沟通能力，较强的团队意识、创新能力及良好的职业道德、操守；
- 具备较强的文字撰写能力，能熟练使用办公软件。
