## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 销售策划与推广实施；
- 基本法与制度推动；
- 协助外勤做好增员活动、增员面谈、新人送训；
- 增员相关指标追踪督导；
- 绩优建设，落实推动总、分公司荣誉体系，配合做好材料收集等相关工作；
- 个险销售行为管理；
- 个险活动量管理；
- 个险销售展业工具推广应用；
- 个险产品销售推动；
- 客户活动落地；
- 个险销售宣导与训练。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科；
- 金融经济类专业优先；
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力。
