## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责营业区银代团队日常管理工作及达成营业区业务经营计划并督导实施；
- 负责渠道开拓、维护与经营，业务推动与支持；
- 负责团队人员的日常指导与培训、建设绩优、荣誉体系，推动相关工作落实；
- 根据公司业务节奏结合本机构制定销售支持经营活动、推动团队与业务稳定发展；
- 公司交办的其他事项。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，理想信念坚定，认同公司文化，恪守职业道德，过往无不良记录；
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融、保险等相关专业，有同业团队管理经验者优先；
- 具有较强的执行力和销售管理能力，有市场敏锐度和市场竞争意识；
- 身体健康，具有正常履行职责的身体条件。
