## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制定高净值客户服务运营策略，设计服务运营及管理流程 建设高净值客户服务运营团队；
- 实施高净值客户服务常态化运营监控，适时调整运营策略，优化服务流程；
- 研发高净值客户服务推广培训课程，培养种子讲师，推广线上、线下培训，跟踪评估培训效果；
- 进行整体业务复盘与经营分析，萃取典型案例，并提出改进方案或建议。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，经济、金融、保险、工商管理等相关专业；
- 对于高客业务有一定了解，善于开展客户活动策划及行业调研；
- 具有良好的全局性思维和系统性思维，善于开拓创新，具有良好执行力、组织协调能力和文字表达能力。
