## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据监管政策和公司经营实际，建立集团层面的偿付能力风险管理体系，更新和维护集团风险政策与管理制度;
- 牵头建立和完善公司境外风险、地缘政治风险机制和流程，开展境外风险管理监测、排查、评估；
- 牵头制定子公司风险管理相关制度、流程，开展子公司风险监测、风险排查以及风险信息收集与报告；
- 牵头公司相关监管评级数据报送和结果跟踪检视；
- 牵头子公司风险绩效考核和董事会议案审议。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，风险管理、保险、金融等相关专业;
- 熟悉集团风险管理和偿二代二期监管规则，具备5年及以上集团风险管理、境外风险管理、子公司管理相关工作经验，具有保险集团公司或大型金融机构从业经验者优先，具备风控、投资、财务、法律合规等方面的复合型经验者优先;
- 逻辑思维能力、口头表达能力和文字能力强，具有良好的沟通意愿和能力。
