## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责应用机器学习、深度学习等技术，构建和优化算法模型。通过数据挖掘解决业务中的预测、分类、优化等问题，并将模型封装为可调用的服务，提升业务智能化水平。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机、数学、人工智能等相关专业；
- 具有3年及以上相关工作经验，有保险语料库构建、评估或管理经验者为佳；了解保险合规要求（如客户信息保护、数据安全法规），有保险行业语料处理或 NLP 应用经验者为佳​；
- 具备优秀的语料处理能力，精通 Python 及相关文本处理工具（如 NLTK、spaCy），能处理保险专业术语、复杂条款等特殊语料；对 LLM 的技术原理有深入理解，熟悉语料质量对保险大模型性能的影响，能结合保险业务需求优化语料策略。​
- 自我驱动，善于钻研，有强烈好奇心，对前沿技术保持敏感，具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；具有强烈的责任心和抗压能力。
