## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助研究权益市场运行规律，构建有关权益投资策略；
- 对数据进行科学统计与分析，参与搭建投资策略框架，为优化投资提供合理化建议；
- 对A股和H股市场发展进行前瞻性研究，有自己清晰的思路和观点；
- 撰写委托课题研究报告；
- 及时完成领导交办的其他工作。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，宏观经济学及数学/统计/金融工程相关专业优先，具有复合背景者优先；
- 熟练掌握基础计量软件，具备较强的数据处理能力；
- 勤奋且对研究工作充满热情，熟悉证券研究方法，具备一定权益市场投资逻辑；
- 良好的道德品质、敬业精神和团队合作意识；
- 较强的口头表达能力和写作能力。
