## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制定年度员工培训工作计划，统筹全年培训工作有序落地推进；
- 统筹协调内外部优质培训资源，常态化开展员工层级教学组织与实施工作；
- 负责线上学员社群日常运维管理，常态化跟踪学员学习进度，定期通报学习情况，压实学习成效；
- 做好各类培训全流程复盘，开展培训效果评估，总结经验、优化培训体系。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，中共党员优先；金融保险类、人力资源管理等相关专业优先；
- 具备较强的活动策划、组织协调能力，能够统筹内外部培训资源，落地线下、线上培训项目；
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力与社群运营意识，可做好学员管理，跟踪学习进度，及时做好学习情况通报；
- 具备良好的文字综合能力，能够撰写培训工作计划、培训评估材料，完成培训复盘总结工作团队意识；
- 工作细致严谨，责任心强，学习意愿强，有较好的执行力，能够适应培训项目阶段性出差，认同企业文化。
