## Job description

### Responsibilities

1、落实销售业务经营计划与推动、销售业务督导与追踪、渠道产品管理与销售策划，绩优发展计划与实施策略的制定及追踪督导。 2、落实渠道业务经营计划落地，业务年度及阶段经营情况分析、业务督导与追踪、业务品质指标监控 Qualifications:
- 大学本科及以上学历。
- 保险学、市场营销等专业优先。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 学生干部、社团负责人优先。
- 具有大型企业实习经验者，具有保险行业实习经验者优先。
