## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 销售策划与推广实施；
- 基本法与制度推动;
- 协助外勤做好增员活动、增员面谈、新人送训;
- 与当地代理单位的沟通协调与业务培训;
- 落实总、分、 中支公司销售风险排查、督导整改工作;
- 产品、业务、管理制度等方面的宣导。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，拥护中国共产党的领导和社会主义制度，遵守国家法律法规，认同公司文化和各项规章制度。品行端正，恪守职业道德和行业行为准则，无不良历史记录。
- 具有大学本科及以上学历，中共党员优先。
- 身体健康，能够满足岗位工作需要；符合履职回避等政策规定。
- 工作思路清晰，工作执行力强，具有敏锐的市场洞察力和较强的市场开拓能力，对目标执着且有韧性。
