## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 承接上级目标，制定机构经营计划，分解指标并督导达成，拓展市场份额，管控成本预算。
- 负责团队增员、培训、留存与梯队搭建，提升团队专业能力与人均产能。
- 严格执行监管与公司制度，开展合规培训与风险排查，规范销售、承保等全流程，降低投诉风险。
- 落实客户服务体系，高效处理诉求，营造良好经营环境。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，理想信念坚定，对党忠诚，始终把讲政治摆在首要位置，捍卫“两个确立”，树牢“四个意识”，坚定“四个自信”，做到“两个维护”
- 热爱寿险事业，热爱公司，认同公司文化，忠于职守，遵守国家法律法规、行业监管规定和公司规章制度。
- 熟悉保险市场，有强烈的事业心和责任感，勤奋敬业、真抓实干、担当作为，注重团结协作，善于组织协调。
- 具有正确的政绩观，具有较强的执行力、带队伍能力、销售管理能力、改革创新能力，善于科学合理调配资源，善于培养下属，有较强的合规风控意识、市场竞争意识、成本效益意识。
- 身体健康，能够满足岗位工作需要，符合监管规定的从事金融工作3年以上或者经济工作5年以上及其他有关任职资格条件，符合公司履职回避相关要求
- 具备大学本科及以上学历，中共党员优先。
- 过往工作表现良好。
