## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责中支营销渠道组织发展规划、实施、督导推动与 追踪分析等工作。
- 负责中支营销渠道组织发展方案的制订与实施。
- 负责中支营销渠道基本法管理体系的推广与督导执 行。
- 负责中支营销渠道队伍人员管理与人管队伍建设工 作。
- 负责中支营销渠道出勤、增员活动量管理。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科学历，经济、金融、保险、管理相关专业；
- 同业管理经验5年以上；
- 中共党员优先。
