## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 带领团队完成国内外宏观政策、经济周期跟踪等领域的相关研究工作；
- 带领团队跟踪宏观经济数据变化，定期出具宏观和资产配置研究报告，为公司资产配置和投资提供支持；
- 带领团队聚焦宏观领域具体问题，基于数据和研究，提出相应建议；
- 积极支持公司负债端工作，配合完成相应路演营销任务；
- 根据团队内工作安排，负责其他支持工作。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，经济、金融、金融工程、统计计量相关专业博士优先；
- 具备8年宏观、利率或大类资产配置等研究工作经验，有宏观经济管理部门研究工作经历者优先考虑；
- 具备扎实的经济、金融理论基础，熟练掌握基础计量软件，具备一定数据处理能力；
- 具备证券投资咨询分析师、大型公募、私募、保险资管，以及知名智库总量研究组长从业经验的优先考虑，具备一定领导和统筹能力；
- 勤奋且对宏观研究充满热情，具有较好经济学直觉和体系，具备较强的逻辑分析与沟通能力、人才培养能力。
