## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 开展产品相关监管报送；
- 组织产品开发制度、产品开发及管理流程建设；
- 产品条款、费率、现金价值及利润测试等产品上报材料复核；
- 实施产品定价回顾；
- 组织落实产品相关风险评估管理；
- 开展产品开发技术标准建设、定价智能化建设。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、精算、数学、统计等相关专业；
- 通过精算师基础课程考试；
- 熟练应用统计、精算软件，熟悉行业相关法律法规及精算规定；
- 具有较好的综合分析和表达能力；
- 具有较好的组织、沟通、报告、团队合作及协调能力。
