## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 针对客户在信托方面的需求，提供专业化顾问服务；充分利用各类信托为客户提供专属化、定制化服务；
- 挖掘内外部资源，设计并完善高客在信托领域的权益；
- 负责信托机构准入及日常管理工作；信托业务推动与落地工作，包括但不限于起草保险金业务手册、保险金信托、家族信托业务推广、开展业务培训等；
- 赋能一线营销员，为前线销售队伍开展各类培训、提供专业支持；陪同一线营销员进行客户陪谈、回访等工作。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，经济、金融、会计、税务、法学等相关专业，具备信托公司任职经历或者保险金信托、家族信托经验者优先；
- 了解信托业务监管规则和行业发展趋势，熟悉家族信托、保险金信托等各类信托的规则、流程和逻辑，能够高效推动项目落地，熟悉各类信托创新型业务，能够结合高净值客户财富管理需求，综合性提供一揽子解决方案；
- 具备一定机构培训和一线客户营销经验，具备良好的拓客和客户关系维护能力。
