## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责三级机构银行渠道经营分析与绩效管理、销售督导、预算管理、产品服务、客经推动、基本法实施管理、培训组织、运营服务支持、合规管理等工作 Qualifications:
- 大学本科及以上学历，1年以上银行或保险行业相关工作经验；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够高效对接内外部合作机构，推动业务落地；
- 有较强的责任心和团队协作精神，学习力强，熟练运用办公软件，具备数据核算和报告撰写能力。
