## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责业务节奏规划及相关政策制定；
- 负责内部业务经营分析、测算及专题研究，负责外部市场调研分析及同业研究；
- 负责条线发展政策和业务推动方案的制定、实施；
- 负责工作总结、宣传及其他综合文案；
- 负责条线考核政策制定及推动。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，财务会计、金融等相关专业优先；
- 具有3年以上的财务会计工作经验者优先；
- 文字功底扎实，掌握数据统计分析相关知识，PPT制作及EXCEL表运用能力较强；
- 做事严谨细致、认真负责，具备较强的学习能力和团队合作意识，能承受一定的工作压力。
