## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 开展中央及监管政策研究，结合公司业务经营，制定服务国家战略工作计划及配套考核方案；
- 定期开展服务国家战略重点指标督导；收集、整理全系统指标数据、典型案例，编制季度工作报告；
- 按时向监管单位报送公司金融“五篇大文章”相关业务数据；
- 开展分支机构调研；
- 配合做好上级单位及公司有关监督检查工作；
- 积极做好领导交办的其他工作事项。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、数学、统计、金融、精算、经济学等相关专业优先；
- 具有良好的逻辑分析能力、沟通能力和文字表达能力，能够高效推进并完成工作任务；
- 为人正直诚信，具备良好的职业操守和团队协作精神，爱岗敬业，具备责任心和担当意识，能够在工作中保持积极主动的态度；
- 工作严谨细致，具备高度责任心，对风险及政策变化有较强的敏感度；能够适应一定强度的工作压力，保持稳定心态；具备创新思维，能在合规基础上持续优化工作方法与流程。
