## Job description

### Responsibilities

岗位职责：
- 制定渠道发展、渠道合作策略和工作计划。
- 组织协调渠道业务推动策划、渠道会议。
- 沟通拜访渠道，维护协调公关。
- 渠道银保通系统维护，确保各条线渠道银保通正常。
- 渠道团队增员工作面试、沟通及管理队伍建设。

### 工作标准
- 能够制定银保业务规划、业务推动，统筹渠道业务达成。

### 渠道公关与沟通能力
- 熟悉银行合作模式，能对接各级银行渠道负责人，维护合作关系，开展渠道开拓、网点经营。

### 团队建设能力
- 负责银保考核经理队伍建设、增员、辅导、考核激励、培训赋能，做好队伍留存管理。
- 能够制定银保业务规划、业务推动，统筹渠道业务达成。

### 渠道公关与沟通能力
- 熟悉银行合作模式，能对接各级银行渠道负责人，维护合作关系，开展渠道开拓、网点经营。

### 基本条件
- 中共党员，政治素质良好，认同新华企业文化，恪守监管法规、行业及公司制度；无金融行业不良从业记录，无失信、违规违纪问题；身体健康，符合任职回避相关规定。

### 教育背景
- 大学本科以上学历，金融、保险、经济、管理类等相关专业优先。

### 能力要求
- 具备优秀的语言表达能力，普通话标准；学习能力强，性格开朗，有责任心；具备较强的沟通协调能力及亲和力。

### 工作经验
- 金融工作3年以上，或经济相关工作5年以上；具备3年及以上银保业务相关经验，至少2年渠道管理经验。
