## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 完善另类业务的投后管理体系，包括制定和完善相关制度、流程和投后管理系统建设等；
- 督促投资部门制定并落实投后管理方案并及时移交相关项目资料；
- 对进入投后环节的项目建立投后管理档案，进行跟踪和非现场风险监测、评估与管理；
- 参与另类业务的投后尽调与回访；
- 协同另类业务风险事件的处置。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历；
- 金融学、经济学、会计学、法学等相关专业；

### 政治面貌
- 中共党员优先；
- 具有5年以上金融机构工作经验，熟悉股权投资、私募基金投资等领域的投后管理与风险防控，具有另类产品投资、风险管理及投后管理经验者优先。
