## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责财富机构和队伍建设、开展强基工程和强部优组的推广及落地；
- 推进财富业务三三制队伍发展模式研究及迭代升级；
- 组织财富机构发展工作会议和培训。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、金融相关专业优先；
- 具有1年以上保险行业的营销、培训经验或项目推动经验者优先；
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备课件制作与授课能力；
- 具备较强的沟通及协作能力，工作适应性强。
