## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 全面负责所在机构经营管理工作，贯彻落实公司发展战略，立足当地市场，制定并实施年度经营计划，确保业务目标达成。
- 推动个险、银团等核心业务发展，提升市场份额和盈利能力。
- 负责团队建设与管理，培养和选拔优秀人才，打造高素质专业化团队。
- 负责所在机构合规经营，防范化解各类经营风险。
- 维护与当地政府、监管单位及合作伙伴的关系，积极服务国家战略，提升公司品牌影响力。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，政治站位较高，理想信念坚定，热爱寿险事业，认同公司文化，恪守职业道德、行业行为准则、监管要求和公司规章制度，有良好的行业口碑声誉。
- 大学本科及以上学历，中共党员优先。
- 具有较强的执行力、带队伍能力、销售管理能力、综合管理能力、改革创新能力，善于科学合理调配资源，善于培养下属，有较强的合规风控意识、市场竞争意识、成本效益意识。
- 具备相关工作领域的专业知识储备，在寿险业务渠道管理、组织发展及机构队伍建设等方面，专业能力优秀者优先。
- 具有国家机关、国有大型企业或保险同业工作背景，且具备优秀管理实践经验者，在同等条件下可优先考虑。
- 过往工作绩效表现良好。
- 身体健康，具有正常履行职责的身体条件。符合监管任职资格核准条件。
