## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 关联方和关联交易识别、维护；
- 关联交易审批、报告、自查等；
- 合同管理系统的管理、合同审核；
- 合同制度、合同范本管理；
- 律所管理、案件处理。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，法律相关专业，具有司法证书优先。
- 两年以上法律工作经验，原则上35岁以下（含）。
- 具备较强的责任心、原则性和风险防控意识，良好的沟通能力和职业道德素养。
