## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 全面负责处室日常管理，制定处室工作计划，带领团队高效完成各项工作任务
- 负责公司资金结算工作，优化资金结算流程，确保结算业务准确、及时，保障资金安全
- 构建并完善公司结算支付体系.对接银行等合作机构，拓展结算渠道，优化支付产品，持续提升资金结算质量
- 严格遵守国家支付结算相关法律法规、监管要求及公司资金管理制度，结合公司实际，制定结算相关制度规范
- 结合业务发展及公司要求，牵头负责资金结算相关系统的功能优化、需求提报和日常运维

### 完成部门交办的其他相关工作 Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，财务管理、保险、金融、会计等相关专业，具备中级及以上专业技术职称者优先
- 具有大型保险、银行、证券、财务公司等金融机构工作经验，熟悉国家支付结算相关法律法规
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力，具有较强的责任心和敬业精神
- 熟悉银行结算、资金管理相关系统，具备数字化思维，能够推动结算流程优化及系统升级相关工作
- 具备较强的财务分析、风险识别能力
