## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 落实分公司垂管风控、反洗钱各项工作，开展风险识别、资料报送、自查整改、风险台账维护；
- 负责合规档案、反洗钱档案整理归档，开展内部合规宣传、风险提示；

### 在不影响风控主业前提下，承担部门行政辅助工作
- 会议纪要、收文登记、制度台账、工作督办等；
- 完成中支、分公司交办的其他合规、内控相关工作。

### Qualifications
- 全日制本科及以上应届毕业生，法学、金融、保险、财务管理等相关专业；
- 品行端正，责任心强，细心严谨，具备较好文字写作、资料整理能力；
- 熟悉基础办公软件，有较强学习能力，能够接受保险监管、反洗钱相关业务培训；
- 认同新华企业文化，无不良记录。
