## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据国家法律法规和公司制度要求，高效合规的完成集中采购任务；
- 负责完善公司采购信息化平台建设、管理、优化等工作；
- 负责分子公司穿透式管理、内部商城管理、采购风控及监督管理等采购基础管理工作；
- 负责采购相关工作的统计分析，识别问题并进行工作改进，提升组织效率。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，金融类、财务管理类、统计学类、法学类、物流类、计算机类、电子信息类、自动化类等相关专业；
- 具有较强的事业心、责任感，工作细致认真，主动性强，善于思考、勤于研究，富有团队协作精神，具有较好的沟通能力、学习能力、抗压能力和应急处理能力，文字和口头表达能力突出者同等条件下优先；
- 能够熟练使用office等办公软件，善于利用AI应用解决实际问题；
- 恪守廉洁从业底线，原则性强，能够严守工作纪律。
