## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责新人与优增培训需求管理、培训课程建设及培训组织； 负责新人与优增培训的指标管理与追踪； 负责新人与优增培训的实施情况摸底及评估以及行业先进经验调研及总结。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，2年以上相关岗位工作经验；
- 具备良好的教学能力,包括清晰的讲解能力、逻辑思维能力和演示能力；
- 具有较强的企划与文字撰写能力、逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队意识，执行力强。
- 具有较强的数据处理、统计分析能力。
