## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助部门总经理制定分公司银行渠道及同业机构业务发展规划与年度经营计划，督导业务落地与目标达成。
- 统筹分管领域销售企划、业务创新及合作拓展，推动银行、私行、同业机构等渠道业务规模提升。
- 协助搭建队伍建设、绩优荣誉与培训体系，开展人员管理与合规教育，打造高绩效团队。
- 统筹业绩分析、运营支持及风险合规管理，保障业务稳健运营。
- 对接内外部关键机构维护合作关系，完成公司及部门交办的其他专项工作。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，政治站位较高，理想信念坚定；具有较强的内驱力、事业心和责任担当精神，热爱寿险事业，认同公司文化，恪守职业道德、行业行为准则、监管要求和公司规章制度，有良好的行业口碑声誉。
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、经济等相关专业优先。
- 具备8年及以上金融/保险行业经验，5年及以上银行渠道或同业机构管理经验。
- 熟悉保险监管政策、银行及同业业务模式，掌握反洗钱、消费者权益保护等合规要求。
- 具备优秀的业务规划、销售管理与团队领导能力，能高效整合资源、推动业绩目标达成。
- 具备较强的风险管控意识、数据分析能力与跨部门沟通协调能力，抗压性强，诚信正直，认同公司企业文化。
- 优先考虑具有国家机关、同业及大中型企业工作经验的人员，原则上应具有与内部选拔任用干部条件相当的任职经历和资格条件。
- 具有正常履行职责的身体条件，符合有关任职资格以及任职回避的要求，无其他内外部规定的不得选拔任用情形。
