## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责各类培训项目的组织、实施与现场管理。
- 开发及更新业务所需培训课程，负责对内(外勤队伍、内部讲师)与对外(合作银行)的培训赋能。
- 通过追踪业绩数据、陪访辅导、经营夕会等方式，支持业务团队的业绩达成。
- 负责选拔、培养与管理银保渠道的内部兼职讲师队伍。

### Qualifications

学历要求：本科及以上学历，经济、金融、保险等相关专业优先。

### 个人能力

具备出色的语言表达、沟通协调、课程开发能力，能熟练运用办公软件操作技能。

### 资格证书

持有财富管理、法律、税务等相关资格证书优先。
