## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责股权类、固定收益类金融产品的风险评估工作，参与项目尽职调查，出具专业评审意见及风险评估报告；
- 参与制定并优化项目风险评审标准与业务流程，持续优化风险评审体系；
- 承担另类投资创新业务风险研判及日常风险管理相关工作；
- 协助开展风险研究、业务培训及跨部门协作。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，金融学、经济学、法学等相关专业；
- 中共党员/中共预备党员优先；
- 具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力。
