## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助固收投资经理开展利率债、信用债、基金标的研究、入库与日常持仓跟踪；
- 对宏观数据、货币政策、财政政策、资金面数据整理，撰写日常固收周报、复盘报告等；
- 维护持仓台账、久期、杠杆、信用评级、流动性指标测算，协助完成组合调仓测算、收益测算；
- 配合完成产品申赎、估值核对、业绩归因、监管报表辅助填报工作与风险排查；
- 完成公司交办的其他事项。

### Qualifications
- 全日制硕士研究生及以上学历学位；

### 熟悉固定收益基础品种
- 利率债、信用债、回购等交易规则、定价逻辑；良好信息搜集、文案撰写能力，逻辑清晰，可独立完成日常投研文稿；
- 具备保险资管、券商、基金固收投资研究相关工作经验；
- 严谨细致、数据敏感度高，责任心强，具有较强的团队协作意识，愿意与团队分享和共同成长；沟通协作顺畅，能高效对接交易、风控、渠道、外部券商机构。
