## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助完成国内外宏观政策、经济发展趋势等领域的相关研究工作；
- 负责搜集宏观、产业等多维度信息及数据，跟踪市场热点；
- 撰写相关分析报告，为大类资产配置提供支持；
- 及时完成领导交办的其他工作。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，经济、金融、统计计量相关专业优先；
- 具备3年宏观、利率或大类资产配置等研究工作经验，有宏观经济管理部门研究经历者优先考虑；
- 具备扎实的经济、金融理论基础，熟练掌握计量工具，具备较强编程能力和数据处理能力；
- 具备证券投资咨询（分析师）、大型公募及私募总量方面研究从业经验者优先考虑；
- 勤奋且对研究工作充满热情，具备较强的逻辑分析与沟通能力。
