## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 全面负责中支机构的经营管理工作，制定并实施年度经营计划，确保业务目标达成。
- 推动个险、银团等核心业务的发展，提升市场份额和盈利能力。
- 负责团队建设与管理，培养和选拔优秀人才，打造高效、专业的团队。
- 确保中支机构的合规经营，建立健全风险防控机制。
- 维护与当地政府、监管机构及合作伙伴的关系，提升公司品牌影响力。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，拥护中国共产党的领导和社会主义制度，遵守国家法律法规，认同公司文化和各项规章制度。品行端正，恪守职业道德和行业行为准则，无不良历史记录。
- 具有大学本科及以上学历，中共党员。
- 身体健康，能够满足岗位工作需要。满足监管规定的从事金融工作3年以上或者经济工作5年以上及其他有关任职资格条件；符合履职回避等政策规定。
- 具备较丰富的寿险从业经验，具有专业知识储备和专业能力，有成功经验者优先。过往工作绩效表现良好，所负责的机构业务品质较好。
- 具有担任大型寿险公司中支负责人工作经历，或曾任头部寿险公司大型四级机构负责人，特别优秀者可适当放宽要求。
- 具有较强的合规风控意识、市场竞争意识、成本效益意识，具备较强的资源整合能力和市场开拓能力。
