## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 渠道开拓维护。合作渠道沟通维护，新业务渠道开拓；
- 渠道合作推动。制定渠道业务推动方案，推动实施渠道专题合作项目，推动和督导渠道业务发展；
- 渠道合作协议沟通、签署，新产品准入、费率谈判，存量产品续签；
- 渠道会训组织，渠道会议组织、实施、追踪等。

### Qualifications
- 统招大学本科及以上学历，本专业排名前50%。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心和熟练掌握办公软件操作技能。
- 保险学、经济学、市场营销等专业优先考虑。
