## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助评级经理开展日常评级、持仓跟踪以及研究类工作；
- 在评级经理的指导下开展评级及持仓跟踪工作；
- 数据报送，外联及其他辅助性工作。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，经济、金融相关专业优先，复合专业背景者优先；
- 认真、踏实、热爱研究工作；
- 具备较好的数量分析和逻辑分析能力；
- 具有较强的学习能力和学习意识；
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力及语言表达能力。
